All About Me

Thank you for visiting my page, it is so nice to meet you and welcome to the Institute for Premier Leadership! It is my pleasure and passion to serve you and your schools. A little about me, I am a wife to an amazing husband, Brett, and Mom to four beautiful children: Kira, Molly, Emmett, and Lena. My family is truly the best gift I have ever been given. I am a devout Catholic and have never gotten anywhere without my faith and foundation in God. That is how I am blessed to be able to meet and serve YOU! I have been in your shoes and I am passionate about offering all my gifts and talents to support you and your team to success!

I have been working with children since I started my own child care business at age 11, called ‘Best Babysitter!’ I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, I hold a Director’s Credential, a National Administrator’s Credential, and a Business Leadership Certificate. I am a strong advocate for early childhood education and administrative leadership. These two passions fuel my life’s mission of ensuring that all schools have the highest quality programs, thriving businesses, and the strongest leadership. 

As the Vice President of Operations at a school where I worked for 17 years, I developed a strong leadership team and grew the business from one location to nine. I also created systems and processes that held all leadership accountable for delivering results. As a coach and Director of Coaching with the Child Care Success Company, I had the privilege of working with over 1,000 owners and leaders across various roles within child care centers, guiding them through challenges and supporting them in achieving their goals. I have also volunteered my skills and time at the Catholic school my children attend, helping to drive enrollment, raise funds, and plans for expanding the school. I possess a deep understanding of the complexities of business operations and leading from the middle. I have successfully implemented strategies that have led to enhanced productivity, increased revenue, and improved customer satisfaction.
